You get to experience beautiful Parvin Lake and Thundergust lake in the Parvin State Park. The loop hike is partially in the Natural Area, so parts of the route can be muddy and overgrown; otherwise, you walk along beautiful sandy paths, a series of bridges and a short road walk, all under mixed pine-oak forest.
